With a music playlist primed for a 90 minute strength and flexibility flow. Nicola’s workshop is a perfect way to limber up for a double bank holiday weekend!
Nicola has a colourful movement background from yoga to circus arts, with particular attention to flexibility/contortion and aerial silks. It is important to create strength in our mobility to practice safely. Nicola's goal is to provide sustainable movement for everyone. With 10 years of experience in training and teaching, Nicola will help improve form, strengthen muscle tone and offer a range of techniques to help you stretch safely and effectively. We will ease ourselves in with some breath work, Isolated exercises and intuitive movement to tune into our body. Followed by some fun active and dynamic flexibility drills, so expect to be challenged at your level and we will finish off with yummy yin style stretches opening your body even deeper.
Props needed: Two blocks, belt and wall space.
